WHERE DID ALL THE LESBIAN BARS GO?
A bar is a bar, right? Absolutely not. A lesbian bar is a special place– a safe space for queer women and gender non-conforming people to gather.
Lesbians and queer women need a space created by and for their own community where they can meet, talk, laugh, and just be with one another.
Other bars, straight and LGBTQ, tend to cater to cisgender men. While women may be welcome, that’s from an outsider standpoint. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a place specifically meant for us again?

WHAT IS KC LES BAR ?
- KC Les Bar is open to all lesbian, bi, pan, queer women, nonbinary, and trans folx.
- KCLB will host monthly events at different locations. We’ll have innovative areas: quiet coffee spaces, lively dance floors, indoor and outdoor locations, entertainers, a variety of DJs, and so much more!
- Obtain a monthly membership, available in different tiers, to purchase tickets and gain tidbits of information as the events near: dates, rough locations, themes.
- Shortly before the event, ticket holders will receive all the details.
